チキン南蛮 Chicken nanban

I like cooking.

I cook Japanese food.

I love Chicken nanban. It's better than karaage.

How to cook Chicken nanban


Preparing
 Chicken, egg,
 seasoning: flour, sake, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, mirin,mayonnaise, pepper


1 cook two kind of sauce
  ・sweet vinegar sauce
   1) Put 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp mirin in a bowl and mix.
   2) Put in micro wave and warm 1 minute.


 ・tarutaru sauce
   1) boil egg
   2) mix egg, mayonnaise, pepper


2 Cut breast chicken and mix 1 tbsp sake.

3 Coat with flour


4 Saute in fry pan both side.


5 Put in sweet vinegar sauce


6 Top the tarutaru sauce.  That's all!!
