豚の角煮~ Japanese style braised pork~

豚の角煮 buta no kakuni



buta means pork , kakuni means braise

preparation

 pork back ribs, Japanese radish, carrot, ginger, sake (if you have) water 200 ml, sugar 15 ml, soy sauce 45 ml, mirin 60ml

How to cool

1, Cut the pork into 5 to 6 cm cubes. With skin. Cut ginger 2 to 3 cm slices.

3 put the pork and ginger in a pot and fill in water. Boil 1 hour. If you have green onion, put in because green onion makes good flavor.



4 Throw water and fill in new water, and put in sugar, spy sauce, mirin, sake.

5 Boil , and turn the heat to low, 1 hour.

6 make teriyaki sauce. Put remaining boiled water, sugar, sake, soy sauce, mirin in a pan and boil.
