There are a lot of cafe in Tokyo.

I could play with cats and be relax. 

In Japan , cat cafes are very popular  now.

We can find dog cafe , bird cafe and so on.

Famous sushi bar restaurant in Ginza

I went to Kyubay.

This sushi bar restaurant is one of the expensive sushi bar restaurant in Japan and they have long time history.

The employee can speak English, so any country people can go there.

And I leaned finish name in English.

Soccer World Cup

I love watching soccer game.
Especially, I like Shinji Kagawa.
He contributed to win the our first game in the world cup of this year.
I thought that most Japanese soccer dye their hair. In this season, Nagatomo died
him hair, we say that he is super saiyajin ( Dragon ball) like this

I like black hair for Japanese people like Shinji Kagawa.

Anyway, Japan won Columbia and draw Senegal.

Today's dinner is chinese food.
I made Rilakkuma fried rice.
Rilakkuma is Japanese popular character.

Panda boom

Panda boom is coming .
People cerebrate 1 year birthday of baby panda named Xiang xiang.
We can see Xiang xiang in Ueno zoo.
A lot of people came to Ueno zoo for watching baby panda but if winning a lottery, they can meet baby panda.
I have never seen baby panda but I found a lot of panda goods and some foods.
I bought panda breads.
So cute!! I can't eat !

My dinner

There is a kind of Japanese food called “Chara food ” which drawing the face or whole body of cartoon characters using various ingredients of foods  and dried seaweed sheet. 
Exclusive kitchen scissors and tweezers are also sold so that you can speciality

make small parts of each character with dried seaweed sheet or baked egg sheet.

I have time now because I will start my job from July, so I decide to have my hobby that is cooking.
today's my dinner is ; disney characters.

Caramel Pudding

My husband likes sweets. He especially likes caramel pudding.
In Japan, we can get pudding at supermarket, department store and convenience stores. There are many convenience store like 7 eleven, family mart etc...
Most popular pudding is

I t is produced by 7 eleven company and we can get easily because the number of 7 eleven chain store are more than 20000 stores.

By the way, my husband choose this pudding

He bought at 7 eleven and this is double size compared with average size.

Taste was... so so. If you want to eat a lot, better but maybe average size is enough.

I don't hope he become obese.

Today's dinner

Today's main is Stuffed bell pepper.
It is made by cutting bell peppers in half, stuffing the halves with hamburger mixture, and then baking them.
Today's dinner is very low price.
But, I everyday drink beer, so it costs a lot....
I like American draft beer, like hapoon,Samuel Adams.
Asahi and Kirin are so light beer.

I miss American beer.

Finally, I came back to Japan and I cook everyday for my husband.

I grilled pacific saury.
we call pacific saury 「sanma」in Japnan.
Usually we salted and grilled.
The most popular season is fall.

I actually could buy sanma in Boston.
It is not expensive, but a little bit small.
If you live in the USA, you can find sanma easily.
I recommend eating sanma because it helps anti aging.
I wanna keep less aging....

Japanese noodle, made from buckwheat flour

I like this restaurant, soba izakaya in Boston

Soba are brownish noodles made from buckwheat flour.

They are eaten hot in broth or eaten cold after being

dipped in a soy-flavored sauce.

Recently, there are stand-up eating soba restaurant in the station (like JR) in Japan.

Busy Japanese people go there and eat soba with standing quickly.

Soba restaurant sometimes are used as fast food.

This restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere.

I found my oyster fry!!

Oyster is　famous in Boston. Usually people eat low oyster.
Japanese like oyster as well, but we eat fried oyster.
How to cook
Ingredient　for 2 people
8 oysters
1 egg
panko
flour
oil for frying
salt and pepper
tarutaru sauce (mixed boiled eggs,salt , pepper , mayonnaise and pickles)

Preparetion
Clean oysters and dry with a paper towel
Sprinkle salt and paper over oysters
Coat flour, mixed low egg and panko

1. Put oil in a pan and heat it around 340F
2. Fry oysters
3. Eat with tarutaru sauce

The oyster in America is smaller than Japanese oysters but taste is delicious.

This restaurant have a lot of menu, so I wanna try again.
