Preparation
(A): minced beef, chopped onion, nutmeg , pepper, soy sauce
(B): flour, beaten egg, bread crumbs(panko)
Oil,
Original sauce: soy sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise
How to cook
1; put (A) in the bowl, and mix it.
2; Separate into, then with the palm of your hand, pound out the air pockets.
Shape to form ovals.
3; Coat the meat with (B), flour, egg, bread crumbs.
4; Heat the frying oil to between 170 and 180 degrees, then put the meat in. After it cook for a while, turn it over and fry till golden brown.
5; Let the oil drip off!! that all!!
