Real Japanese restaurant in Boston

This restaurant is my favorite Japanese restaurant in Boston.
 Ittoku
1414 Commonwealth Ave
Boston, MA 02135
Allston/Brighton

I found my oyster fry!!
Oyster is famous in Boston. Usually people eat low oyster.
Japanese like oyster as well, but we eat fried oyster.
How to cook
Ingredient for 2 people
8 oysters
1 egg
panko
flour
oil for frying
salt and pepper
tarutaru sauce (mixed boiled eggs, salt , pepper , mayonnaise and pickles)

Preparetion
Clean oysters and dry with a paper towel
Sprinkle salt and paper over oysters
Coat flour, mixed low egg and panko

1. Put oil in a pan and heat it around 340F
2. Fry oysters
3. Eat with tarutaru sauce

The oyster in America is smaller than Japanese oysters but taste is delicious.

This restaurant have a lot of menu, so I wanna try again.

  1. Hi Asuka! It's Shane! I was surprised you made a post about when we went to Ittoku! That was a lot of fun. Let's go to Sugidama soon!
